Project history

1998

First version of the database developed.
Main features:
- Patients form (including visits and invoices)
- Weekly agenda
- Issue invoices
- Monitoring of patients

Second version developed to adapt to an extension of the consultation office for more phisiotherapists.
New features:
- Multiuser access, validate with password.
- Each therapist can work only with the data of his patients, and see his own schedule of visits.
- Support to variable fees
- Support to Euro
- Generate invoice for all the unpaid visits, applying the fee for the specific customer.
- Maining: Generate letters for patients (recalling next visits, notifying change of address, etc.)
- Statistical reports
- Administration forms (only for granted users): Users, fees, etc.
