A special toolbar is active for all the
system, permitting to access to the
most frequently used functionalities.

Permits to perform a search of properties
based on multiple criteria
(location, price, views, etc.).
Results are listed below, and
can be sorted on any column.

All the information of a property is edited
with a unique form divided in four blocks
(tab index). Related fields are grouped.
Language independent menus of values.

Each property can have many photographs
associated. The same photograph
can be assigned to several properties.
Photographs are stored as independent files.

All internal data of the agency is maintained
in a unique page. This is only available in
the Master system

Detailed information for each owner is
maintained using a separate form,
independently on how many properties
has in the database.

Three different formats of printable forms for
the properties: Normal (to give to customers),
For display in the Agency window or brochures,
for Internal files (with confidential data).

Permits to select the language, the
format of the property print form,
the path of the photograph files.
It also permits to maintain the auxiliar
tables containing the values in field menus
and the texts in different languages.
